The Krewe of Saint Andrews proudly announces its 30 Years of Mardi Gras Festival, January 29-30, 2027, in Historic Saint Andrews. The public is invited to attend the festivities. The two-day event will feature over 70 vendors offering food and retail items, as well as the Pets and Kids Parade, live music, and the Main Mardi Gras Parade. As a new addition, the Krewe Kid Zone will feature activities specifically for children, including bounce houses, face painting, kid-themed crafts, and more! Entrance to both the festival and Krewe Kid Zone is free both days.

●    Friday, January 29, 2027:

○    Festival and vendor hours run from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

○    Pets and Kids Parade begins at 4:30 p.m., starting at the corner of 15th Street and Beck Avenue and ending at 11th Street and Beck Avenue.

○    Followed by local and regional band performances on The Dive Main Stage.

●    Saturday, January 30, 2027:

○    Festival hours run from 10:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m.

○    NEW PARADE START TIME: The Main Mardi Gras Parade officially kicks off at 3:00 p.m., featuring over 50 floats with beads galore and more!

○    Parade Route: Begins at the corner of Oakland Terrace Park and 11th Street, continues to Beck Avenue, and ends at the intersection of 15th Street and Beck Avenue.

○    Live music at The Dive and the new Krewe Kid Zone will be available all day.

Expanding Family Fun: The Krewe Kid Zone

Over the last few years, the Krewe has seen over a 300% increase in participation throughout the festival area, including Bayview Avenue and 11th Street. Commenting on the milestone celebration, Chris Smith, president of the Krewe of Saint Andrews, shared:

"This year, we have added a whole new element just for families! The Krewe Kid Zone will be located at the corner of 13th Street and Beck Avenue, which expands the festival area. We will be transforming these vacant city lots into a place just for kids and families to have big fun with bounce houses, face painters, kid-specific vendors, retailers, and more! We can hardly wait to show the community how much fun we can pack into our two-day celebration of 30 Years of Mardi Gras in Historic Saint Andrews."
